NASDAQIntellicheck (IDN) in our theses
Intellicheck appears in one of our theses. Below is why it entered the basket and how it has done since publication.
Meta's $18bn settlement puts a price on not knowing a user's age, and the whole internet now has to buy the check
An $18bn child safety settlement reprices unknown-age users for every platform, and accredited age assurance vendors get paid by the check.
Why this company: The levered microcap on the physical side of the same rule set: ID validation for age restricted sales. Its exposure is retail rather than social, so it is the loosest link here but the highest beta to raw check volume.
Where these numbers come from
The reference price is recorded on the thesis publication date and never changed afterwards. The current price is refreshed several times a day. Returns are in the listing currency and exclude dividends, so for dividend payers the real total return was somewhat higher.
This is not a recommendation to buy or sell. A company enters a basket as a beneficiary of the mechanism described in the thesis, and the full argument is on each thesis page.
