By accessing and using Invesaro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Service Description
Invesaro is a cryptocurrency analysis platform that provides market data, AI-powered insights, portfolio tracking, and investment strategy tools. The Service is intended for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.
2. Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to abuse free trials or promotions is prohibited.
3. Subscription & Payments
Invesaro Pro is a paid subscription at $9/month, billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime through your account settings — access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
4. No Financial Advice
All content, AI analyses, scores, strategies, and recommendations provided by Invesaro are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Cryptocurrency investments carry significant risk, including the potential loss of your entire investment.
5. Data Sources & Accuracy
Market data is sourced from third-party APIs (CoinGecko). While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of any data displayed. AI-generated insights are probabilistic in nature and may contain errors.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: reverse-engineer the Service, scrape data automatically, redistribute content without permission, use the Service for illegal activities, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, code, design, and branding of Invesaro are the property of the Service operator. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
Invesaro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from the use of information provided by the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Service interface.
