Terms of service
The rules for using Invesaro: what the service is, accounts, the Pro plan, payments and liability.
1. What Invesaro is
Invesaro publishes investment theses: a driver, a market mechanism and the listed companies that may benefit from it, and then tracks in public how each thesis does against its market. It is analysis and educational material. It is not investment advice and not a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. Theses are identical for every reader and take no account of your situation, goals or risk tolerance. The operator is not an investment firm and provides no licensed service. Every investment decision is yours and at your own risk.
2. Accounts
You create an account with an email address and password or by signing in with Google. One person, one account. You are responsible for keeping your password secret. We may close an account used for abuse, for example bulk downloading of content or attempts to circumvent access controls.
3. Free and Pro
Without an account and on the free plan you get: the list of theses with their companies, edge score and basket return against the market, the opening of every argument, the causal map, the thesis assumptions and the calculators. Pro opens, on live theses, the full argument, why each company was picked, the chart of the basket against its market, the thesis journal and filings, plus email alerts. Resolved theses are open to everyone in full.
4. Payments
The Pro price is shown before purchase, in Polish zloty, VAT included. Payments are handled by Stripe. The subscription renews automatically for the next period until you cancel, which you can do at any time in your account settings; access then lasts until the end of the paid period. A first subscription starts with a seven-day trial during which nothing is charged; it requires a card, and cancelling before the trial ends costs nothing.
If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the first payment by writing to alerts@invesaro.com. We then refund the part of the fee proportional to the unused period. Prices may change; a change to the price of a renewing subscription is announced by email at least 30 days in advance.
5. Content
The theses, maps, data and texts on the site are for your personal use. Without our permission they may not be copied for redistribution or resale, or downloaded automatically. You may quote excerpts with attribution.
6. Liability
The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that any thesis will work out, that data is free of errors, or that the service runs without interruption. Company prices come from public sources and may be delayed or wrong. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from decisions taken on the basis of the site's content. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
7. Termination and changes
You can delete your account at any time in settings. We may change these terms; signed-in users are told about material changes by email in advance, and continued use after that date means acceptance. These terms are governed by Polish law. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution, including the EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
